‘Aadujeevitham’ is an excellent movie: Kamal Haasan appreciates Blessy and Prithviraj Sukumaran

“I thank Blessy. It’s hard work. It (the story) has really happened to someone. Mani Ratnam wondered how you worked, where in the interval you feel like drinking more water. Your thirst for making a different kind of cinema is also seen,” the veteran actor said.

About Prithviraj Sukumaran, Kamal said the young actor did a brilliant job, especially in the scene where he bathes. “I never thought he would have gone this far.”

He also lauded cinematographer Sunil KS for the breathtaking visuals. “It is an excellent film, I want the people to support it as well. Thank you. All the best,” the Tamil Superstar added.

Replying to Kamal Haasan’s remarks, Prithviraj thanked the actor on social media through a post. “I’d consider this as big an award as any for Aadujeeviham, TheGoatLife! Thank you Sir. Fanboy for life,” he wrote.

Kamal Haasan has a special place for Malayalam cinema in his heart. He did Malayalam films at the beginning of his career. He also has a close connection with the Malayalam film fraternity.

Aadujeevitham releasing on 28 March

Aadujeevitham is the biggest film in Prithviraj Sukumaran’s career. It is based on the best-selling novel “Aadujeevitham” written by Benyamin. The novel is based on a real-life story.

Amala Paul plays the female lead (Sainu) in the flick.

It also features KR Gokul, Hollywood actor Jimmy Jean-Louis, and famous Arab actors Talib Al Balushi and Rickabi.

The movie is produced under the banner of Visual Romance.

It will be released worldwide on 28 March in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi.
