DMK minister KN Nehru makes controversial statements

DMK minister KN Nehru stokes controversy with his statements at an event in IAS academy in Trichy on 25 August, 2022. Nehru said he was promoted from SI and can do anything. “The DSP can convict anyone and remove them from the conviction list,” he said. The minister said that he didn’t want to say anything beyond this as the DSP grew up with his party.
