Prashanth Neel to complete Jr NTR’s film before ‘Salaar 2’

Meanwhile, Prashanth Neel will focus on his upcoming yet-untitled Telugu project with Jr NTR for Mythri Movie Makers.

The movie will mark their first collaboration and it is tipped to be a high-octane action flick.

Jr NTR is currently on the verge of completing Devara with Koratala Siva. This will be their second outing together after Janatha Garage (2016).

Devara marks the Telugu debut of Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan, who plays the antagonist.

We can’t keep sharing updates: Jr NTR to fans

Ever since Devara was officially announced, fans have been demanding regular updates from the team.

Last year, speaking at an event, Jr NTR requested his fans to not keep asking for updates on all the time as it puts a lot of pressure on a lot of people.

“Sometimes, when we’re working on a film, there isn’t much information to share. We can’t keep sharing updates on a daily or hourly basis,” he said.

He added, “As much as I understand your excitement and the urge, sometimes all of this leads to a lot of pressure on the producer as well as the filmmaker. Due to the pressure, sometimes we end up sharing an update that doesn’t have much value, which upsets the fans even more.”

Jr NTR also noted that a lot of actors face a similar kind of pressure and that’s not healthy.

He will next team up with filmmaker Vetrimaaran for a yet-to-be-titled Telugu film.

Vetrimaaran recently confirmed that he will join hands with Jr NTR for an upcoming project which, as most would expect, will take time to take off.
