Had everything gone as planned, Jr NTR’s Devara would have hit the theatres on 5 April.
However, his fans are expressing their deep disappointment with the makers of the ambitious project on social media. Well, they expected the grand release of Devara in theatres, but they got Vijay Devarakonda’s The Family Star instead.
Fans believe that Devera would have raked in good box-office collections had it been released in the first week of April as planned, given it is a festive month.
Nonetheless, there are now viral videos and posts doing rounds on social media platforms about reviews of Devara. Jr NTR’s fans are angry with the viral news about the Devara reviews. They are expressing their frustration and questioning why the makers are constantly delaying the film.
Netizens lament that it has been six years since Jr NTR’s last solo film was released in theatres.
Despite the blockbuster success of RRR (2022), a multi-starrer flick featuring Jr NTR and Ram Charan, ardent fans believe that Tarak should create a sensation as a solo hero once again.
Fans also expected an update about Devara on 5 April but in vain.
There’s a general anticipation among film enthusiasts that Koratala Siva’s directorial has the potential to excite mass audiences. With the Telugu movie being made in two parts, anticipation grows bigger among Jr NTR’s fans as the initial part of Devera has a gripping story and screenplay.
