Silambarasan replaces Dulquer in Thug Life

Kamal Haasan’s reunion with Mani Ratnam for Thug Life has been making headlines since its announcement.

In an interview, the actor revealed that he will join Thug Life shooting only after the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

The movie has an ensemble cast, including Trisha Krishnan, Jayam Ravi, Gautam Karthik, Joju George, and Aishwarya Lekshmi.

Malayalam actor Dulquer Salmaan withdrew from the movie due to date clashes.

And now, the buzz is that Silambarasan TR has been approached to do Dulquer’s role.

Interestingly, the original choice of that role was Silambarasan. But he couldn’t give a green signal to the project due to his looks, which he had designed for his next movie — tentatively titled STR48.
