The making video of Mohanlal’s debut directorial, Barroz, has gone viral on social media. The video was released during the Vanitha Film Awards event held recently.
Film buffs and Mohanlal fans are widely sharing the making video of Barroz.
They praised the Malayalam Superstar for his hard work and relentless efforts that went into the project.
The video showcases a couple of sequences from the film and some behind-the-scenes visuals from the sets.

Earlier this year, the actor revealed the 3D poster of the fantasy film. The poster showcases Mohanlal in a bald look and sitting on a horse-like structure.
The screenplay is based on the novel “Barroz: Guardian of D’Gama’s Treasure” written by Jijo Punnoose.
As per the novel, Barroz is the guardian who protects Vasco da Gama’s hidden treasure for over four centuries. It’s his responsibility to pass on this wealth to a true descendant of Vasco da Gama.
Mohanlal plays the titular role in the flick.
The other cast includes Maya, Sara Vega, Tuhin Menon, Cesar Lorente Raton, Kallirroi Tziafeta, and Guru Somasundaram.
The film has been shot in 3D.
Barroz was slated for release on 28 March. But the makers postponed it due to unfinished post-production work. The new release date is yet to be announced.
Ahead of the release of his directorial debut, the actor took membership in the directors’ union of FEFKA.
Meanwhile, Mohanlal’s 360th film, tentatively titled L360, started rolling. Veteran actor Shobana is pairing up with him for the 56th time after a long time.
Director Tharun Moorthy is helming the project.
