Mohanlal-Shobana’s ‘L360’ starts rolling

'L360' is the 360th film of Mohanlal and 56th film where he teamed up with Shobana. Director Tharun Moorthy is helming it.

The shooting of Mohanlal’s new movie, tentatively titled L360, has commenced.

On Monday, 22 April, the Malayalam Superstar revealed the latest update about L360 on social media and also shared a few pictures from the shooting location.

“On the set, joining in prayers as we commence filming the project led by director Tharun Moorthy and produced by M. Renjith under Rejaputhra Visual Media. I express my deepest gratitude and seek your blessings as I embark on my 360th film venture,” Mohanlal wrote in his post.

L360 is the 360th film of Mohanlal. Director Tharun Moorthy is helming it.

Veteran actor Shobana is playing the female lead in this ambitious project.

In a video shared on Instagram, Shobana recently revealed that she joined team L360 and it will be her 56th movie with Mohanlal.

She also stated that she was super excited to do a Malayalam film after four years and asked the audience to wish her the best.

Shobana and Mohanlal are sharing the screen space in L360 after 15 years. They were last seen in Sagar Alias Jackie (2009).

Some of Shobana-Mohanlal’s hit films include Pakshe (1994), Minnaram (1994), Manichithrathazhu (1994), and Thenmavin Kombathu (1994).

M Renjith is bankrolling L360 under Rejaputhra Visual Media.

It is written by Tharun Moorthy and KR Sunil — a photographer, painter and sculptor.

Every new update about the film is making headlines because of the fan theories. Rumours are agog that Mohanlal will play the role of a taxi driver in L360.
