Visually impaired students from Mysuru take their first flight

The students of Divya Jyoti Charitable Trust in Mysuru flew for the first time on Friday, 28 October, from Mysuru to Bengaluru.

Thirty-five visually impaired students got their first experience of flying in an aircraft when they took an Air India flight from Mysuru to Bengaluru.

The students of Divya Jyoti Charitable Trust in Mysuru flew for the first time on Friday, 28 October.

Satish, the founder of an organization, Sweetness of Blindness, conducts outdoor trips for the visually impaired and mobilises volunteers who take the children on a two-day trip.

In 2015, Satish began with 35 volunteers which have now grown to over 2000 across the country.
