Floods inundate Bengaluru roads, ORRCA estimates ₹255 crore loss

Citizens took to social media to express anger at the elected representatives for the bad flood water management.

Severe rains lashing Bengaluru over the last week have left major roads in the city inundated. The Outer Ring Road Companies Association (ORRCA) had estimated losses at ₹255 crore due to the rains. The citizens have been expressing anger at the elected representatives for the bad flood water management. They took to social media to vent anger. Localities like Mahadevapura, ORR, Whitefield, and Vasanth Nagar are worst-affected.
