Director Venkat Prabhu’s upcoming film with Thalapathy Vijay, The Greatest Of All Time (GOAT), has evoked huge expectations from the audience and industry insiders.
Vijay’s fans are eagerly waiting for updates about the movie as it is one of the last ventures of Thalapathy before his political entry.
Meanwhile, producer Archana Kalpathi has revealed an interesting update about GOAT. She disclosed that the film’s first single will be launched in April.
To a question on an update on GOAT at an award function, Archana Kalpathi replied, “The first single comes in April. The date will be announced in a poster.”
Earlier, director Venkat Prabhu stated that the updates about the movie will be revealed soon on a special date.
Vijay plays a dual role in GOAT. It is learnt that he plays the protagonist and antagonist. He will reportedly sing a song in the film, too.
Given the latest update, it is to be seen if the first single would be the one crooned by the actor.

Recently, the makers shot the climax portions of the movie at three different locations in Kerala’s Thiruvananthapuram.
Vijay received an overwhelming welcome from his Malayali fans in Kerala. The actor briefly interacted with his fans at different locations. However, the local police had a tough time maintaining the traffic in the capital city.
Trisha is said to play a cameo role in the flick.
Produced by AGS Entertainment, GOAT casts Meenakshi Chaudhary as the female lead. It also features Mohan, Prashanth, Prabhu Deva, Sneha, Laila, Jayaram, and Yogi Babu in key roles.
The Tamil film has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja and cinematography by Siddhartha Nuni.
The editing is by Venkat Raajen and the stunts are by Dhilip Subbarayan.
