Patang, another ‘buddy comedy’, has been added to the list of upcoming releases in Tollywood.
Along with debutant actors Preethi Pagdala, Pranav Kaushik (the runner-up in Zee Saregamapa), and Vamsi Pujit, playback singer SP Charan plays a crucial role in the film.
Filmmaker Buchi Babu Sana recently released Patang teaser at an event.
From whatever little we know, Patang teaser offers a lot of fun that we usually witness in our everyday lives. The teaser also gives a better understanding of Whisky’s personality, who is a livewire. With him around, there will never be a dull moment.
The film seems like the perfect package, with elements like love, friendship, and disagreements as well as some endearing arguments and nail-biting sports.
Praneeth Prattipati is the director.
It is jointly bankrolled by Vijay Sekhar Anne, Sampath Maka, and Suresh Kothinti under the banners of Cinematic Elements and Rishan Cinemas.
As part of the technical team, Jose Jimmy provides the musical score, while Shakthi Arvind handles the cinematography.
Chanakya Reddy Toorupu is the editor and Shreemani is the lyricist.
Patang wrapped up the shoot and will shortly be released in theatres.
