In the teaser, the makers give a glimpse of the horror thriller 'Bramayugam' and it seems that the scenes are shot in black and white.
Mammootty’s first release of 2024, Bramayugam has now got a release date. The actor, via his social media, shared that the movie will hit the marquee on 15 February.
The much-anticipated film comes at a time when the veteran actor is basking in the success of his previous films Kaathal-The Core and Kannur Squad, both released last year.
An intriguing teaser of Mammootty’s Bramayugam was unveiled by the makers on 11 January.
On watching the teaser, it is understood that the scenes were all shot in Black-and-White. Mammootty looks terrific as a sorcerer. We get a glimpse of the actor only at the end of the teaser.
On New Year, Mammootty posted a new poster of Bramayugam with the tagline: “The Age of Madness”. The film is set in the dark ages of Kerala.
In the poster, the Malayalam superstar is seen wearing a crown.
For Bramayugam, Mammootty joined hands with young director Rahul Sadasivan whose previous flick Bhoothakaalam (2022) won rave reviews.
