Turbo is Mammootty’s brand new movie that is currently in the process of shooting. The movie is helmed by Vysakh and Mammootty is working with the director for the third time after their successful films Pokkiri Raja (2010) and Madhura Raja (2019).
Turbo is an action-packed movie, according to Mammootty. The scriptwriter of the movie, Midhun Manuel Thomas, also said the same during a promotional interview for his new movie Phoenix.
The super cool look of Mammootty with short hair for the movie has gone viral on social media recently.
The makers of Turbo had revealed that Kannada actor Raj B Shetty will also be part of Turbo via a social media post. This is Raj B Shetty’s second Malayalam film after his debut in Rudhiram, which is now in post-production.

Telugu actor Sunil is also playing a pivotal role in the movie.
Turbo is the fifth production venture under Mammootty’s banner Mammootty Kampany. The shooting of the big-budget movie went on floors on the occasion of Dasara.
On the work front, Mammootty’s Kaathal-The Core is all set to release on 23 November. After that, the actor will be seen in films such as Bramayugam, Bazooka, Yatra 2 etc.
