Now, tell Bengaluru City Police how you want them to improve

The next time you walk into a police station in Bengaluru and want to tell them how well or badly they treat you, just scan a QR code while on your way out and write to them.

The South West Division has introduced a feedback management system which, officers say, is a way to make police stations more efficient and bring in transparency in handling of complainants and their cases.
