Nizam College Undergraduate students allowed admission to hostel

Telangana Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy announced that Undergraduate students of Nizam College would also be allowed admission to the college hostel.

Earlier, only Postgraduate students were given admission.

UG students launched a protest last week saying private hostels were too expensive and demanded admission to the college hostel that was inaugurated in March this year.

Following the protests, Telangana Minister KT Rama Rao requested the Education Minister to consider the students’ demands.
