July watchlist Telugu

As we enter the month of July, there are some promising stories waiting to be told on the silver screen.

At a time when Prabhas’ Adipurush (2023) is being taken off the screens for its poor business. Sree Vishnu’s Samajavaragamana (2023) has come as a succour at the Telugu box office for the month of June. Will July be better?

Bhaag Saale

Bhaag Saale, which is hitting the theatres on 7 July, features actors Sri Simha Koduri and Neha Solanki in the lead roles.

With the tagline “Let the chase begin”, the film revolves around an enterprising chef named Arjun who has a deep understanding of running a food business. However, his love interest Neha Solanki assumes that Arjun is from a royal family, a complete businessman.

Going by the trailer, Bhaag Saale showcases a slew of funny characters who play their parts.

The comedic timing of Sri Simha looks quirky as he says, “KCR ki Telangana ante entha ishtamo antha istham” (I like you as much as KCR likes Telangana) when his girlfriend asks him how much he likes her.

The Telugu movie also stars Rajeev Kanakala, John Vijay, Varshini Soundarajan, Nandini Roy, Viva Harsha, Satya, Sudarshan, Prithvi Raj, RJ Hemant, and Bindu Chandramouli.

Written and directed by Praneeth Bramandapally, Bhaag Saale is produced by Arjun Dasyan, Yash Rangineni and Singanamala Kalyan under the banners of Vedaansh Creative Works, Big Ben Cinema and Cine Valley Movies respectively.

Kaala Bhairava is the music composer and Ramesh Kushendar is the cinematographer.

This wacky comedy entertainer is another Telugu film that filmgoers have been eagerly awaiting.

This Tharun Bhascker Dhaassyam directorial has the distinct touch of his earlier films Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi (2018) and his debut flick Pelli Choopulu (2016).

After a long gap, Tharun comes up with what seems to be an eccentric story narrative with a theme that has been mastered.

Keeda Cola features veteran comedian Brahmanandam, actors Raghu Ram, Ravindra Vijay, Jeevan Kumar, Vishnu, Chaitanya Rao Madadi, and Rag Mayur.

It is jointly produced by K Vivek Sudhanshu, Saikrishna Gadwal, Sripad Nandiraj, Srinivas Kaushik Nanduri, and Upendra Varma. It will hit the screens on 7 July.
