Telugu actor Naveen Chandra’s upcoming web series Inspector Rishi will be premiered on Amazon Prime Video on 29 March as an Amazon Tamil Original.
The web show, directed by Nandini JS, deals with a horror crime story. Sukh Dev Lahiri bankrolled it under the banner of Make Believe Productions.
Naveen Chandra appears in the role of Rishi, a police inspector, who investigates the murders.
Inspector Rishi also stars Sunaina, Kanna Ravi, Malini Jeevaratnam, Srikanth Dayal, and Kumar Vale in key roles.
The web series will be available on Amazon Prime Video in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
At present, Naveen Chandra is working on Eleven, a Telugu-Tamil bilingual film, and Satyabhama (Telugu).
He won accolades from the Tamil audience with his intense performance in Jigarthanda Double X (2023), starring SJ Suryah and Raghava Lawrence in the lead.
The actor debuted in the OTT space in 2021 with Parampara (Disney+ Hotstar).
He carved a niche as a versatile actor by portraying negative roles and characters with grey shades in several projects.
Recently, he left an indelible mark on the audience with his performances in Ammu thriller drama (released in 2022 on Amazon Prime Video) and Month of Madhu (2023, now streaming on Aha).
