A new picture posted by Malayalam actor Mohanlal has gone viral on social media. The Superstar is currently in the USA shooting for his upcoming movie L2: Empuraan, directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran.
The pic, taken from the back, shows Mohanlal wearing a black jacket and khaki pants and walking with a messenger bag.

Soon after the pic went viral, netizens and fans started discussing Mohanlal’s look and the film. The firearms display in the photo, too, became a point of discussion.
Tovino Thomas, who played a major role in Lucifer (2019), also reached the US to partake in the shooting.
Earlier, actor Indrajith Sukumaran — Prithviraj Sukumaran’s brother, posted a picture saying: “Bro bonding in New York!”. The pic hinted that the movie is being shot in New York City.
Indrajith will be next seen in Marivillin Gopurangal.
The shooting of L2: Empuraan started in early October. Aashirvad Cinemas and Lyca Productions are jointly producing it.
It will be simultaneously released in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi.
A sequel to Mohanlal’s blockbuster movie Lucifer, L2: Empuraan was announced in August last year.
It is the most anticipated project of Mohanlal as Lucifer was a mega-hit and shattered the collections, by becoming the first Malayalam movie to collect ₹200 crore.
Lucifer was produced by Aashirwad Productions and helmed by director Antony Perumbavoor, a close associate of Mohanlal.
Meanwhile, Prithviraj’s much-anticipated movie Aadujeevitham (The Goat Life) is all set to release on 28 March.
