All about Manjummel Boys

Inspired by a real-life event and produced by Parava Films, Manjummel Boys follows a group of friends from the small town of Manjummel near Kochi who plan a vacation to Kodaikanal.

The film was released on 22 February in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, earning praise from both viewers and critics. It is now available for streaming on Disney+ Hotstar.

Recently, the makers of Manjummel Boys were in the spotlight for legal troubles. A complaint was filed accusing the film’s producers of financial fraud.

The case, involving Parava Films and their partner Shawn Antony, was lodged at the Ernakulam First Class Magistrate Court. The complainant, Siraj Valiyathara Hameed, is a resident of Aroor in Kerala’s Kochi.

The Enforcement Directorate quizzed the film’s producers in this regard.
