Kunchacko Boban and Fahadh Faasil collab for Amal Neerad’s next, first look out

The posters presented the actors against a red backdrop while wielding guns and looking super stylish.

The first-look posters also gave the impression that the film could be an action entertainer.

As soon as the posters were launched, social media was abuzz with fans and moviegoers revealing their expectations from the Amal Neerad film.

While it’s known that Kunchacko is part of Amal Neerad’s next, the news of Fahadh Faasil coming on board the venture came as a pleasant surprise for many.

The title of the movie will be revealed on Sunday, 9 June.

Amal Neerad to produce the film

Amal Neerad is a renowned cinematographer, too. He is bankrolling the yet-untitled film under his home banner Amal Neerad Productions, in association with Udaya Pictures.

The film also casts Jyothirmayi, Amal’s wife, in a key role. The makers also released a poster of the actor wielding a shotgun.

More details about the cast and crew are yet to be known.

He earlier helmed Big B (2007) and Bheeshma Parvam (2022), both headlined by Mammootty.

While the filmmaker is teaming up with Kunchacko Boban for the first time, he worked with Fahadh Faasil for the 2014 film Iyobinte Pusthakam.

There are speculations that Amal will handle the sequel of Big B. But the script is not ready yet.

Meanwhile, Fahad Faasil is riding high with his latest blockbuster Aavesham. He is also part of Rajinikanth’s upcoming Tamil films Vettaiyan and Maareesan (starring Vadivelu).

The actor is also part of Allu Arjun’s Telugu flick Pushpa 2: The Rule, a sequel to Pushpa: The Rise (2021).

In Malayalam, Fahadh Faasil is busy with Althaf Salim’s Odum Kuthira Chadum Kuthira.

On the other hand, Kunchacko Boban is awaiting the release of his film Grrr, alongside Suraj Venjaramoodu. The movie will hit the screens on 14 June.
