“Habibi Drip“, Nivin Pauly’s new music video, has caught the fancy of his fans. The actor’s swag and stylish dance moves in the album have left everyone in awe.
Nivin Pauly has been teasing his fans and netizens for the past few days by putting up teasers from his music video. The makers finally launched the song on Friday, 19 July. And, “Habibi Drip” is trending already by garnering over 1 million views on YouTube.
The music video is a collaboration between Dabzee and musician Ribin Richard. Dabzee is known for his popular tracks, “Illuminati” from Aavesham (2024) and “Vattepam” from Mandakini (2024).
“Habibi Drip” has an Arabic background and seems to have been shot in the desert. The song features Nivin Pauly in the backdrop of swanky sports cars.
It was directed by Shahin Rahman and Nikhil Raman and conceived and designed by Kuttu. The cinematography was handled by Nikhil Raman and Asem Mohamed, while Shahin Rahman took care of editing.
Rajitdev was the choreographer and Mukesh M Gopi was the art director. The costumes were designed by Costumes In Dubai and Ceni Venugopalan. Bindhya Nelson was the stylist.
Meanwhile, Nivin Pauly was last seen in Malayalee From India, which received mixed reviews. The film is streaming on SonyLIV.
He did a cameo in Varshangalkku Shesham (2024), which was well-received and became a major highlight of the movie.
Nivin is currently working on the sequel to his hit movie Action Hero Biju (2016). His Tamil film Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai, written and directed by Ram, will be released soon. It also features Anjali and Soori in the main roles. The film received good reviews at its premiere at the Rotterdam Film Festival in February 2024.
Yuvan Shankar Raja composed the background score and soundtrack for Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai. NK Ekambaram handled the cinematography and Mathi VS did the editing.
Nivin Pauly will next be seen along with Nayanthara in Dear Students, directed by George Philip Roy and Sandeep Kumar. Both actors worked together earlier in Love Action Drama (2019).
He is also part of the web series Pharma, which will be premiered on Disney+ Hotstar.
