Chiranjeevi at Hanu-Man pre-release event

The pre-release event of Hanu-Man, which is scheduled for release on 12 January, took place in Hyderabad on Sunday, 7 January. Megastar Chiranjeevi was the special guest at the event.

The actor along with the film unit created a lively atmosphere at the venue.

Director Prasanth Varma disclosed an interesting tale on the occasion.

During a talk show on the Aha OTT platform, talk-show host Samantha Ruth Prabhu asked Chiranjeevi who his favourite superhero was among Spider-Man, Batman, Superman, and Iron Man. To this, Chiranjeevi replied: “Lord Hanuman”.

Prasanth Varma was impressed by this incident and creatively incorporated a dash in the title Hanu-Man to reflect the connection with Lord Hanuman.

Chiranjeevi expressed his joy upon learning about Prasanth Varma’s creative touch to the title. He also mentioned that even if one doesn’t visit temples in real life, invoking Lord Hanuman before bedtime could bring solutions to problems by the next morning.

The actor predicted that the pan-India film would be a grand success when it finally arrived in theatres. He said people always encourage good content, and the Sankranthi festival is the reason to celebrate varied content at the box office.

Chiranjeevi also announced that on the occasion of the Ram Mandir inauguration, the Hanu-Man team will donate ₹5 from each ticket sale towards the construction of the temple in Ayodhya. He congratulated the team for the noble decision.
