The PFI workers have been on the police radar for inciting violence in the district during the NIA raids and searches.

The Karnataka police crackdown on PFI-SDPI district leaders on Tuesday, 27 September.

PFI workers across the state were arrested.

PFI district president Imtiaz Ahmed (36), Siddiq Pasha, PFI activist, Vasim Pasha (28), Alla Bakash (28), Nayaz Pasha (24), Shahabaz Pasha (30), Noor Pasha (31) auto-rickshaw driver are the seven activists arrested from Kolar district alone.

The PFI workers have been on the police radar for inciting violence in the district during the NIA raids.. 

Reacting to the arrests, the PFI called it the government’s witch-hunt over democratic protests.
