BRS leader K Kavitha appeared before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for the second time on Monday, 20 March, in connection with the Delhi liquor scam probe.
Kavitha was first summoned on 11 March.
She had skipped a second summons for 16 March and moved the Supreme Court against it.
While ED issued another summons for 20 March, it also filed a caveat in the Supreme Court.
Kavitha and her father, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao had hit out at the central government accusing the BJP of misusing agencies against Opposition leaders.
