Shocking visuals of a car on pedestrian suspension bridge

A day after the Morbi tragedy that claimed over 130 lives, shocking visuals of a car on a pedestrian suspension bridge in Uttara Karnataka went viral.

The Maharashtra-registered car was spotted trying to squeeze its way through the narrow bridge in Joida.

The bridge connects Yellapur and Shivpur and was built in 2016.

Residents who spotted the car refused to allow the driver to cross it.

The Joida police registered a case against car driver Mujahid Syed of Ulavi village following a complaint from residents.
