Is Congress using TVK to push DMK for more seats?

Ahead of the 2026 Tamil Nadu Assembly elections, there is talk about different alliance possibilities — TVK with NDA, or TVK with AIADMK.

Now, some also talk about a possible Congress–TVK alliance. From the beginning of Vijay’s party, this idea has come up now and then.

The big question is: Will Congress really join hands with TVK in 2026? Or is Congress just using this talk as a strategy to ask for more seats from DMK?
