Chandy Oommen, son of late Congress leader & former Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy, was announced as the UDF candidate for the Puthupally by-polls.

Speaking to South First, Chandy Oommen shares his plans for continuing his father’s legacy and how he believes the locals in the constituency will place their faith in him because of the bond they shared with his father.
