Fire breaks out at soon to be inaugurated Telangana Secretariat

A fire broke out at the under-construction Telangana Secretariat building on Friday, 3 February.

Ten fire tenders were rushed to the place, and no injuries were reported in the incident.

While a probe has been ordered, authorities suspect an electrical short circuit sparked the fire.

Telangana Chief Minister and BRS chief K Chandrashekar Rao along with others inspected the place last week.

Several national leaders are invited for the grand opening scheduled for 17 February.
