Deccan Corporation building damaged in massive fire being demolished

Teams have begun the demolition process of the six-storied Deccan Corporation building that was gutted in a fire in Secunderabad.

The building had been damaged badly after it was engulfed in flames on 19 January and personnel took over 24 hours to douse it.

Malik Trading and Demolition Agency has been given the task of bringing the building down and ensuring safety in the densely populated area of Ramgopalpet.

The process is likely to take a week.
