Telangana: Former Chhattisgarh chief minister Ajit Jogi’s son Amit Jogi meets KCR

Amit Jogi went to Pragathi Bhavan along with his party leaders and was closeted with KCR for a considerable period of time.

Amit Jogi meets KCR

Amit Jogi, Janata Congress party president and son of former chief minister of Chhattisgarh Ajit Jogi paid a visit to Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao on Wednesday, 1 February.

Amit Jogi went to Pragathi Bhavan in Hyderabad along with his party leaders and was closeted with KCR for a considerable period of time.

According to an official statement, Amit Jogi discussed development in Telangana and the political scene in the country with KCR.

Jogi was curious to know about what the BRS party intended to do at the national level. KCR explained to him what he intended to do and the objectives of the BRS.

Jogi, who felt the need for an alternative political force in national politics, welcomed the TRS going national as BRS and he congratulated KCR for holding aloft the Telangana model of governance for the nation to emulate.

Jogi praised KCR for working to keep Telangana at the forefront of the country in welfare and development.

On this occasion, Amit Jogi presented the autobiography of his father Ajit Jogi to KCR. Janata Congress Party has three MLAs in the assembly of Chhattisgarh.
