Telangana govt IAS reshuffle: G Chandrasekhara Reddy appointed secretary to CM; Smita Sabharwal transferred out

The grand reshuffle

• Benhur Mahesh Dutt Ekka, a 1995-batch IAS officer serving as Additional Director General at Dr MCR HRD Institute, has been transferred and posted as the Principal Secretary to Government (Mines & Geology), Industries and Commerce Department, relieving A Santhi Kumari from the Full Additional Charge (FAC) of the post.
• Ahmad Nadeem, a 1997-batch IAS officer and current Commissioner of Labour, has been transferred and appointed as the Principal Secretary to the Government, Planning Department, relieving K Ramakrishna Rao from the FAC of the post.
• Rahul Bojja, a 2000-batch IAS officer currently serving as Secretary to Government, General Administration Department (GAD), has been transferred and posted as Secretary to Government, Irrigation and CAD Department, relieving Smita Sabharwal from the FAC of the post.
• Smita Sabharwal, a 2001-batch IAS officer in the role of Secretary to the Chief Minister, has been transferred and posted as Member Secretary of Telangana State Finance Commission, relieving Sandeep Kumar Sultania from the FAC of the post.
• Sultania, a 1998-batch IAS officer, has been placed in FAC of the post of Secretary to Government (RWS), Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department.

• Dr A Sharath, a 2005-batch IAS officer serving as Collector and District Magistrate in Sangareddy, has been transferred and posted as Secretary of the Government Tribal Welfare Department, relieving Dr Christina Chongthu from the FAC of the post.
• Valluru Kranthi, a 2016-batch IAS officer serving as Collector and District Magistrate, Jogulamba Gadwal, has been transferred and posted as Collector and District Magistrate in Sangareddy.
• BM Santhosh, a 2017-batch IAS officer serving as Additional Secretary and Controller of Examinations, Telangana State Public Service Commission, has transferred and posted as Collector and District Magistrate, Jogulamba Gadwal.
• D Divya, a 2010-batch IAS officer who was awaiting posting, has been appointed as the Director of Municipal Administration and state Nodal Officer, Prajavani, replacing Harichandana Dasari.
• Dasari, a 2010-batch IAS officer, has been posted as Collector and District Magistrate, Nalgonda, relieving Hemanta Keshav Patil from FAC of the post.
• Bharati Hollikeri, another 2010-batch IAS officer awaiting posting, has been appointed as the Director of Archaeology, relieving Shailaja Ramaiyer from the FAC of the post.
• K Shashanka, a 2013-batch IAS officer serving as Collector and District Magistrate in Mahabubabad, has been transferred and posted as Collector and District Magistrate in Rangareddy, relieving Gowtham Potru from the FAC of the post.
• Adwait Kumar Singh, a 2013-batch IAS officer returning from Central deputation, has been posted as Collector and District Magistrate in Mahabubabad.

• Chittem Lakshmi, a 2013-batch IAS officer awaiting posting, has been appointed as the Managing Director of Telangana State Dairy Development Cooperative Federation Limited, relieving Adhar Sinha from the FAC of the post.
• S Krishna Aditya, a 2014-batch IAS officer serving as Member Secretary at Telangana State Pollution Control Board, has been transferred and posted as Director of Labour.
• Dr Jyoti Buddha Prakash, a 2002-batch IAS officer serving as Commissioner, Transport, has been placed in FAC of the post of Member Secretary, Telangana State Pollution Control Board.
• Aisha Masrat Khanam, a 2015-batch IAS officer and Joint Secretary to Government in the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Telangana Minorities Residential Educational Institution Society, replacing B Shafiullah.
• S Sangeetha Satyanarayana, a 2015-batch IAS officer currently serving as Managing Director, Telangana Foods, has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary to Chief Minister, Chief Minister’s Office.
• Abhilasha Abhinav, a 2018-batch IAS officer awaiting posting, has been placed at the disposal of Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department for posting as Zonal Commissioner, GHMC.
• P Kadhiravan, a 2020-batch IAS officer, who was posted as Additional Collector (Local Bodies), Jayashankar Bhupalpally, has now been posted as Additional Collector (Local Bodies), Hyderabad.
• B Venkatesham, a 1995-batch IAS officer currently serving as Principal Secretary to Government, Education Department, has been placed in FAC of the post of Principal Secretary to Government, BC Welfare Department.

• M Raghunandan Rao, a 2002-batch IAS officer serving as Secretary to Government, Agriculture and Cooperation Department and APC, has been placed in FAC for the Secretary to Government (Political), General Administration Department.
• M Prashanti, a 2009-batch IAS officer serving as Additional Secretary to Government, Environment, Forests, Science and Technology Department, has been placed in FAC of the post of Director, AYUSH.
• D Krishna Bhaskar, a 2010-batch IAS officer serving as Special Secretary to Deputy Chief Minister, has been placed in FAC of the post of Special Secretary to Government, Finance and Planning Departments.
• RV Karnan, a 2012-batch IAS officer serving as Director, Health & Family Welfare, has been placed in FAC of the post of Managing Director, Telangana State Medical Services & Infrastructure Development Corporation (TSMSIDC), relieving the existing incumbent officer.
• M Haritha, a 2013-batch IAS officer serving as Joint Secretary to Government, Education Department, has been placed in FAC as Director for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies.
