Amber-Resojet to invest Rs 250 crores and create 1,000 jobs in Telangana
In a significant boost to Telangana’s industrial sector, Amber-Resojet – a leading supplier of electronic components and spare parts to global companies – announced its plan to establish manufacturing facilities in the state with an investment of ₹250 crores on Monday, 25 November.
The announcement was made in the presence of Telangana IT and Industries Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu, who assured the company of full government support, including necessary infrastructure and policy assistance.
Minister Sridhar Babu highlighted Amber-Resojet’s key role in manufacturing various appliances and equipment, such as air conditioners, advanced washing machines, dishwashers, and industrial air conditioners for prominent companies across India.
Amber-Resojet plans to establish cutting-edge manufacturing plants over the next three years, which will provide direct employment to approximately 1,000 people.
Additionally, the company intends to establish a high-tech Printed Circuit Board (PCB) production facility in Telangana in the near future.
Minister Sridhar Babu also praised Amber Enterprises for its strong track record in delivering air-conditioning solutions for Vande Bharat trains, metro rails, buses, defence vehicles, and industrial applications. He commended the company’s decision to expand its operations in Hyderabad, which would strengthen Amber’s network of production units across the country.
The event was attended by several key officials, including Special Chief Secretary Jayesh Ranjan, TGIIC MD Dr. E. Vishnu Varadhan Reddy, CEO V. Madhusudan, Director of Electronics Dr. S.K. Sharma, and representatives from Amber-Resojet.
This development marks a major milestone in Telangana’s ambition to become a hub for advanced manufacturing and electronics production in India.
