A six-year-old girl was allegedly raped and killed by a labourer at a rice mill in Telangana on 14 June. The accused was arrested under POCSO Act. Hailing from Madhya Pradesh, he took the girl sleeping with her mother at a camp within the mill compound early Friday. He raped her and throttled her neck when she raised an alarm.
