‘Raja Singh songs’ link to recent communal clashes in Telangana

Raja Singh was not in Chengicherla in Hyderabad when clashes broke out on Sunday. Yet, there seems to be his indirect involvement.

Hyderabad BJP leader T Raja Singh, known for his controversial speeches, was nowhere the Chengicherla locality where communal clashes broke out Sunday, 24 March. Yet he is taking the blame. The reason is, Hindutva pop songs with incendiary tones, called ‘Raja Singh songs’ usually played at his rallies, were played in the locality and they triggered the violence.
