KTR cried foul on 9 July over the Congress spiriting away BRS MLAs and MLCs in Telangana. He wondered how Congress could resort to the unethical act while proclaiming to be a staunch protector of the Constitution. KTR said that Gandhi always carries a copy of the Constitution but allows Telangana CM to engineer defections of BRS legislators.
