Kejriwal to contest remand before moving SC against arrest

Singhvi said Kejriwal would contest the remand proceedings before the trial court and then come back to the apex court with another petition.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal withdrew from the Supreme Court on Friday, 22 March, his petition challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate in connection with the Delhi Excise Policy case. He will contest the remand proceedings before the trial court and then return to the apex court with another petition. His counsel informed the court.
