In a major reshuffle, the Telangana government late on Tuesday, 3 December, moved 29 IPS officers to new positions and gave a senior officer in full additional charge (FAC).
The list of officers is as follows:
Rajiv Ratan, additional director general of police, or ADGP, (Organisation) has been moved as managing director of the Telangana State Police Housing Corporation.
Hyderabad City Commissioner of Police CV Anand has been given FAC of the newly-created post of ADGP, Telangana State Anti Narcotics Bureau.
Sandeep Shandilya, ADGP, Railways and Road Safety, was transferred as director of the Telangana State Police Academy in Hyderabad.
Kothakota Sreenivasa Reddy, ADGP (Operations), Greyhounds and OCTOPUS, was transferred and posted as
ADGP (Organisation) in place of Rajiv Ratan.
B Shivdhar Reddy, ADGP (Personnel) was transferred and posted as ADGP, Railways and Road Safety, replacing Sandeep Shandilya.

Abhilasha Bisht, ADGP, TSSP Battalions, has been posted as ADGP, Welfare and Sports. He was also placed in FAC of the post of ADGP, Home Guards, until further orders.
Shikha Goel, director, Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), was transferred and posted as ADGP, Police, Women Safety, SHE Teams and Bharosa, replacing Swati Lakra.
Veerisetty Venkata Srinivasa Rao, chairman, TSLPRB, was given FAC of the post of ADGP, Police Computer Services, until further orders.
Swati Lakra was transferred and posted as ADGP, TSSP Battalions, replacing Abhilasha Bisht.
Vijay Kumar, who was waiting of a posting, takes over as ADGP (Operations), Greyhounds and OCTOPUS, replacing Sreenivasa Reddy.
Y Nagi Reddy, ADGP, North Zone, was transferred and posted as Director General, Telangana State Disaster Response and Fire Services.
Vikram Singh Mann, who was waiting for a posting, takes over as Additional Commissioner of Police, Law and Order, Hyderabad City.

M. Stephen Raveendra, Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad, was given FAC of the newly-created post of Inspector
General of Police, Telangana State Cyber Security Bureau.
G. Sudheer Babu, Additional Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda, was transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Hyderabad.
Shahnawaz Qasim, Director, Minorities Welfare, Telangana, was transferred and posted as Inspector General of Police, Multizone-II.
Dr Tarun Joshi, who was waiting for posting, was posted as Inspector General of Police. VB Kamalasan Reddy, who was waiting for posting, was posted as Inspector General of Police (Personnel).
S Chandrasekhar Reddy, Commissioner of Police, Ramagundam, was transferred and posted as Inspector General of Police, Multizone-I.
M Ramesh, Joint Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad was transferred and posted as Deputy Inspector General of Police, Provisioning and Logistics.
Kartikeya, Joint Commissioner of Police (CAR), Hyderabad was transferred and posted as Deputy Inspector General of Police, Intelligence.
K Ramesh Naidu, Joint Director, TSPA, was transferred and posted as Deputy Inspector General of Police, Rajanna Zone.
M Srinivasulu, Deputy Inspector General of Police, CID, was transferred and posted as Joint Commissioner of Police, CAR, Hyderabad, replacing Kartikeya.
Tafseer Iqubal, who was waiting for a posting, was named Deputy Inspector General of Police, Intelligence Security Wing.
Dr Gajarao Bhupal, Joint Commissioner of Police, Detective Department, Hyderabad was transferred and posted as Joint Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda.
Rema Rajeshwari, Superintendent of Police, Nalgonda, was transferred and posted as Deputy Inspector General of Police, Yadadri Zone, in the rank of Superintendent of Police (SP). She shall also continue to hold the
charge of SP, Nalgonda District, until further orders.
LS Chowhan, who was waiting for a posting, has been named as Deputy Inspector General of Police, Jogulamba Zone, in the rank of SP.
K Narayan Naik, who was waiting for a posting, has been named Joint Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Cyberabad, in the rank of SP.
J Parimala Hana Nutan, Superintendent of Police, CID, was transferred and posted as Joint Commissioner of Police (Administration), Hyderabad City.
R. Bhaskaran, who was waiting for posting, has been named Superintendent of Police, CI Cell, Intelligence.
