Six-year-old boy killed in tragic school bus accident in Palakkad
In a heartbreaking incident, a six-year-old boy, Aarav, lost his life after being hit by a school bus in Pulasserikkara, Pattambi, on Tuesday evening.
Aarav, a second-grade student at Vadanamkurishi Government LP School and the only child of Krishnakumar and Sridevi, was returning home from school when the tragedy occurred. After alighting from his school bus in front of his house, he reportedly slipped from his mother’s hold and ran into the path of another bus belonging to Pulasserikkara UP School.
Grievously injured, Aarav was rushed to a private hospital in Pattambi and later shifted to another facility in Perinthalmanna. Despite intensive efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries on Wednesday morning.
