Everyone loves pizza! Whether it’s a weekend outing with friends, a cosy family movie night, or a fuss-free solo dinner after a long day, this Italian staple is almost always the answer.
And for the pizza lovers of Bengaluru, the pan-Indian restaurant chain Nomad has opened its latest dine-in outlet in Indiranagar.
The restaurant boasts of tasteful white and wood décor, accented with hints of blue. Its expansive setting, with eye-catching marble tables and coordinated floors, offers a warm and inviting ambience, accommodating up to 80 guests.

Staying true to its name, Nomad brings to the table some of the finest varieties of pizzas and other specialities from around the world.
The pizza selection is impressive, encompassing a diverse range: from the airy and fermented Naples classics to the crispy thin-crust New York style pizzas, the doughy Detroit pizzas, and the indulgent Chicago deep dish.
Not to mention the intriguing options like Georgian, Thai, Korean, and Turkish styles.
“While most pizza outlets in Bengaluru offer only the Naples style, Nomad offers pizzas from around the world. That has been the whole concept. Now, we are also extending our menu to include salads, appetisers, pastas, and cocktails. In total, there are over 200 varieties of pizzas that we offer. You won’t find these many varieties anywhere else in the city,” shared Chef Aditya Rao.

For starters, we tried the Portuguese peri peri wings. Served with a peri-peri mayo dip, the crispy wings will make sure not to scare you off with their spice level. At the same time, they will let you indulge in all the right flavours from the first bite.
Diving into the pizza section with the Naples specials, we opted for a vegetarian pizza –— mushroom with truffle oil. And weren’t we in for a treat?
With a generous topping of mushrooms and mozzarella, the texture is beautifully creamy, and adding a bit of chili oil on top will elevate your experience.
Gearing up to get our hands on the much-awaited Chicago deep dish pizza, we were forewarned of its richness.
A visual treat, the chicken pizza that we tried has a crust that’s crispy on the outside and pillowy on the inside — almost reminiscent of the good-old chicken pie.
One bite and we realised that the dish was as wholesome as it looked. No overpowering flavours here. And don’t be fooled into thinking you can eat more than a slice!

Next up, we went for the famous Georgian kachapuri pizza.
The boat-shaped pizza, filled with a delightful blend of cheese — a mix of cream, feta, and mozzarella we were told — is served with smoked chicken and a fried egg on top.
In the traditional Georgian style, one is supposed to dig into the gooey goodness with their bare hands, break the dough, dip it in the cheese and egg yolk, and then devour it.
For those not keen on the eggy side of things, you can choose one without eggs as well.
We might have indulged in plenty of pizza, but there’s no way we could wrap up this meal without dessert.
Chef Aditya suggested we try the American chocolate chip pizzoki, and boy, are we glad we obliged!
The pizookie, as he explained, fuses the charm of a pizza with the allure of a chocolate chip cookie. Baked in a personal-sized pizza pan, this warm, slightly undercooked chocolate chip cookie is crowned with vanilla ice cream and drizzled with chocolate syrup.
This delightful treat serves as the perfect conclusion to any meal.
