Watch ‘Om Bheem Bush’ with your friends to double your excitement, says Sree Vishnu

Following the positive reception to the film’s title and trailer, the actor is optimistic about adding another hit to his kitty.

Director Sree Harsha Konuganti of Husharu (2022) fame helmed the film. Produced by V Celluloid and Sunil Balusu, and presented by UV Creations, Om Bheem Bush is generating massive buzz.

Amid this, Sree Vishnu shared his insights into the movie with the media.

Laced with fresh concepts and unexplored aspects

The actor is thrilled that they are introducing fresh ideas and concepts through Om Bheem Bush and are touching on aspects that were not explored before.

“Instead of confining ourselves to a single genre, we’ve approached it differently, ensuring it’s a complete entertainer. I’m confident everyone will be thoroughly entertained. The audience is in for a hilarious treat, regardless of the characters’ situations in the story,” Sree Vishnu explained.

When asked why they chose a quirky title like Om Bheem Bush for the flick, he quipped, “We considered two or three titles for the project, including one in English. However, I liked Om Bheem Bush for its catchy appeal. It reminded the tantric mantras from our childhood (laughs).”

When producer Vamsi saw the first cut, he suggested sticking with the title Om Bheem Bush. So, they finalised it as the official title.

“It’s very gratifying to see such positive feedback on the title. I believe titles play crucial roles in attracting audiences to theatres,” the actor opined.

Sree Vishnu says Om Bheem Bush brings a fresh perspective to concept films with its unique storyline. While maintaining elements of mystery and thrill, the story promises perfect entertainment to audiences.

“You will witness a blend of originality and excitement. The film makes a standout experience. Additional surprises await viewers beyond just entertainment quotient, you will certainly like it,” he said.

‘Will be a laugh riot’

Will Om Bheem Bush meet the audience’s expectations, especially since the actor’s previous release Samajvaragamana (2023) was a huge success?

“The return will be three or four times more than the investment. Om Bheem Bush has given me great satisfaction. The success of Samajvaragamana was sweet, of course. But this film is altogether different,” Sree Vishnu oozed confidence.

Sree Vishnu, Priyadarshi, and Rahul Ramakrishna came together for Om Bheem Bush after their Brochevarevarura (2019), which was declared the “Top 7 Films of the Year” by India Today and listed in “25 Greatest Telugu Films of the Decade” by Film Companion.

When asked if there was any pressure to choose a unique story in comedy, the Needi Naadi Oke Katha (2018) actor revealed that they didn’t feel pressured to choose a unique story in comedy.

“Since we three meet regularly, it felt natural to collaborate again. We approached Om Bheem Bush in a light-hearted way and ensured the interactions among us flowed naturally. The result is a humorous dialogue filled with hilarious one-liners,” he added.

Sree Vishnu disclosed that they have three hilarious blocks lined up for the first half, followed by two more in the second half.

“These segments will surely be a riot of laughter, providing immense entertainment for the audience. Viewing it with friends will only enhance the excitement,” he signed off.

Om Bheem Bush will hit the screens worldwide on 22 March.
