The trailer of Gautam Vasudev Menon’s Joshua Imai Pol Kaakha has been released. The movie promises to be an action-packed entertainer.
The Tamil film is scheduled for release on 1 March. Varun and Raahei are the lead actors.
In the trailer, the lead characters are shown to be in love. The protagonist, a hitman, leaves no stone unturned to keep his love interest safe.
Krishna plays the negative character.
Yogi Babu, Mansoor Ali Khan, Vichithra and Dhivyadharshini play important roles.
Stunts would be the main highlight of the flick.
During a press meet, Gautam Vasudev Menon hinted that Joshua Imai Pol Kaakha would fall under the yet-to-be-released Dhruva Natchathiram Universe.
Chiyaan Vikram plays the lead in the film.
Gautam Menon said Dhivyadarshini worked with him in Dhruva Natchathiram, too. “While singing her up for Joshua Imai Pol Kaakha, I told Dhivyadarshini that her character is almost the same as that of Dhruva Natchathiram or kind of an extension,” the director said.
Joshua Imai Pol Kaakha is produced by Ishari K Ganesh for Vels Film International.
The shooting started in 2019 and the film was supposed to be released in 2020.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the production came to a halt.
Gautam Menon’s Dhruva Natchathiram was expected to hit the marquee in 2023. But its release was delayed due to legal hurdles.
