Bommaillu to be re-released in April for Siddharth's birthday

Actor Siddharth’s movie Oye (2009), which was re-released in theatres recently, received an amazing response from film lovers. This Anand Ranga’s directorial was re-released on the occasion of Valentine’s Day on 14 February.

Earlier, Siddharth’s yet another box-office hit Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana (2005) was also re-released in cinema halls and received a good response.

Cashing in on Siddharth’s craze in Telugu states, the actor’s all-time blockbuster hit Bommarillu will soon be re-released in theatres.

It will be re-released as the actor’s birthday gift on 17 April. Bommarillu is considered a special film for Siddharth in his acting career.

The film created a sensation at the box office when it was released in 2006.

Bommarillu is directed by Bhaskar, who later became popular as Bommarillu Bhaskar.

Produced by Dil Raju under his banner Sri Venkateswara Creations, the flick raked in massive returns for the producer, distributors, and exhibitors.

Female lead Genelia D Souza was praised for her outstanding performance in the movie.

As Siddharth’s birthday falls on 17 April, Bommarillu is being planned to be released in select theatres on that date.

The songs from the film surpassed expectations, with Devi Sri Prasad tunes becoming an instant hit.

Excitement is brewing among Siddharth fans as news of the re-release of Bommarillu broke.

Genelia and Siddharth are rated as an iconic onscreen pair in Telugu cinema.
