The teaser, which was released amid high expectations, had disappointed the audiences due to its shoddy visuals. The film initially slated for Sankranthi release was delayed owing to CGI-VFX delay.
Speaking about the VFX work, in an interview with an online Telugu platform TeluguOne, Satya Narayana Reddy said, ““The plan was to release the film for Sankranthi, and they were running out of time. So, they used AI at the last minute to render scenes, but it’s not proper CGI that was done as expected. It won’t be in the movie. They were scared and realised they needed time to finish the film properly.”
“Whatever you saw in the Vishwambhara teaser was AI-generated graphics, not the original CG. It won’t be in the movie.”

Vishwambhara is a socio-fantasy drama inspired by Hindu mythology. The Telugu movie stars Trisha, Ashika Ranganath, and Kunal Kapoor, reuniting Chiranjeevi and Trisha after 18 years since Stalin (2006).
Produced by V Vamsi Krishna Reddy, Pramod Uppalapati, and Vikram Reddy, the film promises a visually stunning experience, with 70 percent VFX and impressive world-building.
Oscar-winning composer MM Keeravani, who is scoring the tunes for the film, praised it as a great entertainer, likening it to Chiranjeevi’s earlier hit Gharana Mogudu (1992).
The cinematography is by Chota K Naidu and the production design is by AS Kumar, who created massive sets for this one. Vishwambhara is poised to be a grand cinematic experience.
