On the occasion of Sankranthi, the makers recently released a teaser for the film along with the announcement. Apart from Shiva Rajkumar, the film also stars Uperndra and Raj B Shetty.

The motion video, titled 45: The Arrival, featured an animated Shiva Rajkumar battling through a relentless army of mercenaries in a thrilling, high-energy action sequence. Advanced motion graphics and 3D modelling enhanced the video, which culminates in a stunning visual of the faces of the three lead actors intricately sculpted into a towering hill, leaving the audience captivated and craving more.

Sharing the teaser, the actor wrote on X: “45 THE ARRIVAL is all yours !!”

The superstar was last seen in Bhairathi Ranagal (2024), a prequel to Mufti (2017). It was a tailor-made fan feast for Shiva Rajkumar. His energy was unparalleled and some of the sequences had him drawing whistles and hoots for just his intense eyes that do most of the talking.

Health issues

Shiva Rajkumar is currently in the USA, recovering after his surgery. Through the surgery in December 2024, he had his cancerous bladder removed, and an artificial bladder was made using his intestine.
