Rishab Shetty seeking blessings for Kantara Chapter 1

Even as actor-director Rishab Shetty is busy with the prequel of his upcoming prequel to the blockbuster pan-India venture Kantara (2022), the filmmaker has been paying divine visits for the blessings of the success of Kantara-A Legend Chapter 1.

Recently, Rishab paid a visit to the divine abode of Vajradehi Mutt in Gurupura near Mangaluru, contributing to the spiritual community by participating in the sacred rituals held at the Vajradehi Mutt’s sanctum.

The actor-filmmaker is said to have received a divine indication to face challenges with courage and not lose confidence.

The divine guidance reassured him, saying, “No matter what problems you encounter, don’t despair,” and affirmed, “I am behind you; move forward.”

The first edition of Kantara, which earned more than ₹400 crore with much more in terms of global box office collection, brilliantly dealt with the conflict between humans and nature.

That’s not all! The film also highlighted the traditions and customs of coastal Karnataka, including “Daiva“, “Bhoota Aradhane“, and the folk sport of Kambala in the movie.

The first glimpse of the prequel, Kanatara-A Legend Chapter 1, garnered a lot of attention with more than several crore views on multiple digital platforms.

The first glimpse of Rishab Shetty as Shiva with a furious avatar and weapons also created a lot of buzz.

Kanatara-A Legend Chapter 1 will be released in multiple languages, including Kannada, English, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Bengali.

It is touted as one of the most anticipated prequels in the history of Indian cinema.
