Ram Charan is busy promoting his upcoming film Game Changer, which will be released on 10 January as a Sankranthi release.
Amid the ongoing promotions, the actor has joined the sets of Buchi Babu Sana’s yet-to-be-titled film RC 16.
Touted to be a pan-India entertainer, RC 16 caught the attention of film lovers because of its ensemble cast, brilliant technicians, and high budget. According to reports, the film is being shot with a budget of around ₹300 crore.
On Monday, 25 November, the director shared a sneak peek of the actor, along with the renowned hair stylist Aalim Hakim. Buchi Babu Sana shared that the actor is set to undergo a “solid makeover”.

The film team is in Mysuru, for the first schedule of the shoot. A couple of days earlier, on 22 November, the director shared a photo of himself in front of the Chamundeshwari temple.
He wrote, “It’s a BIG DAY. The most awaited moment. Started with the blessings of Chamundeshwari Matha, Mysore. Blessings needed”

Two-time Oscar Award-winning composer AR Rahman is scoring the music for this Ram Charan-starrer. R Rathnavelu is the cinematographer and Avinash Kolla is the production designer.
RC16 features Bollywood actor Janhvi Kapoor as the leading lady. Kannada superstar Shivarajkumar, too, joined the team.
Recently, the makers announced that actor Jagapathi Babu will also join the cast of RC 16. According to a press release from the makers, RC 16 will cast many celebrated actors from across languages, apart from Shiva Rajkumar, in key roles. More details about the other cast and crew will be revealed soon.
While the movie is set against the backdrop of North Andhra Pradesh, there are rumours that it will be titled “Peddi”.
