Prominent Telugu astrologer Venu Swamy, who made headlines for his political predictions in the Telangana elections, has hogged the limelight once again. But this time, he is in the news for his comments on Prabhas’ highly-anticipated film Salaar.
Venu Swamy predicts horoscopes of political leaders and film celebrities quite often on social media. There were instances where some of his predictions went awfully wrong and eventually drew criticism from netizens.
Lately, Venu Swamy’s comments about Prabhas are now going viral on social media.
The astrologer recently predicted that the films starring Prabhas will not attract a large audience to the theatres.
He also foretold that Prabhas’ next film Salaar may reach the expectations of the audiences and that the actor would fall sick in the future.
These predictions apparently didn’t go down well with the staunch followers of Prabhas and they started trolling Venu Swamy for his predictions on Salaar.
Salaar: Part 1-Ceasefire is an action drama starring Prabhas in the lead role.
The movie is about a gang leader who tries to keep a promise to his dying friend.
It is directed and written by Prashanth Neel. The film will be released in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi.
The other prominent cast includes Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Easwari Rao, Madhu Guruswamy, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Meenakshi Chaudhary.
