Malayalam actor Mohanlal and director Jeethu Joseph’s new movie Neru is all set for release on 21 December. Ahead of the release, the team is busy promoting the project.
Meanwhile, a selfie video of Mohanlal with the media, taken during a promotional event, has gone viral on social media.
Sharing the selfie video on his social media handles, the actor wrote: “With my online media friends during Neru promotions”.
Neru is a legal thriller where Mohanlal appears as Vijaya Mohan, a lawyer who is on sabbatical.
He takes up an important case after repeated requests from some key characters in the film. What is the case and what happens next is what the Malayalam movie is all about.
Neru is scripted by Jeethu and advocate Santhi Mayadevi, who played a crucial role in Drishyam 2. The movie will be released on 21 December.
Priyamani plays the female lead in the film. It also has Anaswara Rajan, Ganesh Kumar, and Jagadish in prominent roles.
Neru is produced by Antony Perumbavoor’s Aashirvad Cinemas. Its trailer was launched recently.
