‘KGF’-fame Ravi Basrur to compose music for Unni Mukundan’s ‘Marco’

Unni Mukundan will play the titular role in 'Marco'. It is a spin-off movie of Haneef Adeni's 2019 film 'Mikhael'.

KGF-fame Ravi Basrur has been roped in as music director for Unni Mukundan’s upcoming Malayalam movie Marco.

Ravi Basrur is also in the news of late for his compositions in Salaar: Part 1-The Ceasefire.

Marco is a spin-off movie of Haneef Adeni’s Mikhael (2019).

Unni Mukundan will appear in the titular role, as a gangster, in the film.

Sharing the news, Ravi Basrur wrote on social media: “Stay tuned for an auditory assault like never before.”

Marco is produced by Shareef Muhammed Abdul Gadhaf under the banner of Cubes Entertainments. It is touted to be an action film.

Details about the rest of the cast and technical crew are yet to be revealed.

Unni Mukundan will be next seen in Jai Ganesh, which will be released on 11 April.

He is currently shooting for Get-Set Baby, directed by Vinay Govind.

His other projects include Mindiyum Paranjum, fantasy entertainer Gandharva Jr, and the Tamil film Garudan.
