The makers recently released a series of posters with the caption: "A twisted tale of mystery, A common man's quest for truth".
Malayalam actor Arjun Ashokan will be next seen in Vishnu Vinay’s directorial debut Anand Sreebala. The movie is written by Abhilash Pillai, who earlier scripted Malikappuram (2022).
The makers of Anand Sreebala recently released a series of first-look posters on social media, with the caption: “A twisted tale of mystery, A common man’s quest for truth”.
The posters hinted that the film would be a mystery thriller.
Anand Sreebala is based on true events. It is produced by Priya Venu and Neeta Pinto under the banners of Kavya Film Company and Aan Mega Media.
The production houses earlier bankrolled Malikappuram, which turned out to be a super hit film starring Unni Mukundan in the lead role.
The makers recently wrapped up the shooting of Anand Sreebala. It features Aparna Das as the female lead.
Anand Sreebala also features Saiju Kurup, Siddique, Dhyan Sreenivasan, Aju Varghese, Sshivada, Asha Sarath, Indrans, Malavika Manoj, Manoj KU, Sangeetha, Krishna, Nandhu, Azees Nedumangad, Jayakrishnan, Nandan Unni, and Thusara Pillai in prominent roles.
The team wrapped up filming in April.
The cinematography is by Chandrakanth Madhavan and the editing is by Kiran Das.
The music is composed by Ranjin Raj.
Arjun Ashokan will next be seen in Arun D Jose’s Bromance. The actor was recently seen in Once Upon A Time in Kochi.
He is also part of Akhil Anil Kumar‘s upcoming venture. The shooting of the yet-untiled flick commenced recently.
Arjun Ashokan is also part of Vishnu Sasi Shankar’s Sumathi Valavu and Lijo Thomas’ Anbodu Kanmani.
The Malayalam actor rose to fame with Romancham (2023). He later won the hearts of audiences with his performances in Pranaya Vilasam (2023) and Bramayugam (2024).
In Bramayugam, Ajun’s role drew appreciation from critics and audiences alike. Interestingly, the role was initially offered to Asif Ali, who couldn’t do it due to date clashes.
Meanwhile, Aparna Das was last seen in Secret Home. She is also part of The Secret, directed by veteran scenarist SN Swamy, where she will be paired opposite Dhyan Sreenivasan.
She recently married actor Deepak Parambol.
